10-1-5: INJUNCTIONS:
The city attorney, upon discovery of any violations of the provisions of this title, may immediately seek injunctive relief against those persons violating provisions of this title and bring civil action against such persons for damages and expenses resulting from any violations of provisions of this title. (2015 Code § 5-1001)
