§ 32.25 TITLE INSPECTION FEES.
   (A)   Authority. Any regular member of the County Sheriff’s Department may make a certificate of title inspection and make a record of that inspection upon an application form prepared by the state’s Bureau of Motor Vehicles and verify the facts set out in the application.
   (B)   Fees. The County Sheriff’s Department shall charge such fees as are provided by state law for making Certificate of Title inspections.
   (C)   Use of fees. The inspection fee revenue shall be deposited in a special Vehicle Inspection Fund and the County Council must appropriate the money collected from the Fund only for law enforcement purposes.
   (D)   Effective date. The ordinance codified in this section became in full force and effect on and after March 20, 1991.
