(A) Whenever a violation of this chapter occurs, or is alleged to have occurred, any person may make a compliant. Such complaints shall be investigated by the Building Inspector, who shall report his or her findings to the county’s Advisory Plan Commission at its next regular meeting.
(B) Any Plan Commission member may report a violation at any meeting of the Commission. The Commission shall determine what action to take.
