§ 156.121 RECORDING APPROVED FINAL DETAILED PLANS.
   The petitioner shall record the final detailed plans, after approval by the Administrator, in the office of             (recordation) before any development, construction, earth moving activity or application for improvement location permits, or condominium documents shall occur.
