§ 31.10 POLICE DEPARTMENT.
   The County Sheriff is empowered to select up to 15 members of a police reserve for the county; provided, that the appointment and training of such deputies conforms to the state statutes and the rules and regulations prescribed by the Board of County Commissioners.
