§ 31.08 DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
   The County Council establishes a Department of Economic Development, to be controlled by a Commission known as the “Ohio County Economic Development Commission” with all the duties, responsibilities and requirements as set forth in I.C. 36-7-12.
