(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person in violation of §§ 151.20 through 151.23 of this code may be punished subject to the provisions of I.C. 36-1-3-8, specifically: “...a fine not more than $2,500 for an ordinance violation.”
