§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person or firm or corporation violating any provisions of §§ 150.15 through 150.23 of this code shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense, plus court costs and other expenses incurred in the enforcement of §§ 150.15 through 150.23 of this code, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. This penalty is in addition to any penalties provided for in § 150.23(C) of this code.
   (C)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 150.35 through 150.52 of this code may be subject to a fine in any sum and exceeding $2,500. The assessment of a monetary penalty shall in no way limit the operation of the penalties provided elsewhere in this code.
