§ 150.01 HEARING AUTHORITY.
   (A)   I.C. 36-7-9-1 to I.C. 36-7-9-28 and any subsequent revisions or additions by the state legislature are hereby adopted by the Board of County Commissioners.
   (B)   The Building Commissioner is appointed to administer these provisions as adopted by the Board of County Commissioners.
   (C)   The Board of County Commissioners are designated as the Hearing Authority for the purposes of this chapter.
