(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In addition to any civil penalty that may be imposed under state law, any person who violates any provisions of §§ 110.01 through 110.08 of this code shall be deemed guilty of a class B misdemeanor. A person who commits a class B misdemeanor (I.C. 35-50-3-3), shall be imprisoned for a fixed term of not more than 180 days; in addition, he or she may be fined not more than $1,000.
