(A) Upon acceptance of the kennel license and paid taxes, the Township Trustee shall issue a durable tag, stamped with an identifying number and the year of issuance, or a certificate in the case of a kennel.
(B) The Township Trustee shall maintain a record of the identifying number of all tags or kennel licenses issued and provide a duplicate copy to the County Commissioners and the animal control officer by March 1 of each year.
