§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 51.01 or 51.02 of this code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished: For a first offense under §§ 51.01 or 51.02 of this code by a fine of not more than $500; for the second offense under §§ 51.01 or 51.02 of this code by a fine of not more than $1,000; and for a third offense and each subsequent offense under §§ 51.01 or 51.02 of this code by fine of not more than $1,000, to which may be added imprisonment for any determined period not exceeding 90 days, and each day after the expiration of the time limit for abating unsanitary conditions and completing improvements to abate such conditions as ordered by the county’s Board of Health, by the duly appointed Health Officer or by the state’s Board of Health, shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
