12-3-8: VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES:
Any person violating section 12-3-7 of this division, or of neglecting or refusing to comply with any of the provisions hereof, shall be guilty of a petty offense, punishable by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. (Ord., 7-20-1993)
