The sheriff shall be authorized to declare a "no wake" area under the following conditions:
A. In order to protect the life, liberty or property of any person operating a watercraft upon the Rock River, or
B. When a regatta, watercraft sporting event or other motorboat races on the Rock River necessitate for safety purposes that "no wake" areas be marked, or
C. When flooding or other adverse weather conditions on the Rock River necessitate for safety purposes that "no wake" areas be marked. (Ord., 7-20-1993)
