As used in this division, unless the context clearly requires a different meaning:
COUNTY: Ogle County, state of Illinois.
MOTORBOAT: Any vessel propelled by machinery, whether or not such machinery is the principal source of propulsion, but does not include a vessel which has a valid marine document issued by the bureau of customs of the U.S. government or any federal agency successor thereto.
MUNICIPALITY: A city, village or incorporated town in the county of Ogle, Illinois.
OPERATE: To navigate or otherwise use a motorboat.
PERSON: An individual, partnership, firm, corporation, association or other entity. (1982 Code)
