10-10-3: APPLICABILITY:
This division shall apply to all development in the unincorporated area of Ogle County. When development to which this division applies occurs within one and one-half (11/2) miles of an incorporated municipality, and that municipality has a stormwater management ordinance or regulation, the more restrictive shall apply. (Ord., 2-22-1999)
