10-9-2: COUNTY APPROVAL OF POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITIES:
No site location approval for the development or construction of a new PCF in Ogle County may be granted by the county board unless an application is filed for approval of such site and is submitted for consideration to said county board. (Ord., 1-19-1999)
