6-1-3: SUPERINTENDENT/AUTHORITY:
The county superintendent of highways shall be authorized to give consent for limited usage of certain posted roads during such times that the weather permits vehicles over the posted limit to travel without causing deterioration to the road. (Ord., 6-16-1992)
