5-12-3: RESPONSIBILITY:
The Administrator for Animal Control or their duly authorized representatives or anyone enforcing the provisions of this division shall not be held unreasonably responsible for any accident or disease which may affect any dog, cat or other animal which may occur as a result of enforcing the provisions of this division.
