As an alternative remedy to any other remedy which may be available to the Animal Control in this division or in any State Statute, Animal Control may issue a ticket in those instances where any person violates or aids in or abets the violations or any provision of this division. Said ticket gives the person who violates this division the option of appearing in court to contest the alleged violation or pay the minimum fine as set forth herein. (Ord. O-2019-0904, 9-17-2019)
