5-10-6: POISONING:
No person or owner shall knowingly or with malicious intent set out poison(s) or cause to be poisoned any dog, cat or domestic animal except by expressed permit from the Illinois Department of Agriculture. (Ord. O-2019-0904, 9-17-2019)
