4-6-7: SAVING CLAUSE, SEVERABILITY, REPEALER:
   A.   Nothing in this division shall be construed to affect any suit or proceeding pending in any court, or any rights acquired, or liability incurred, or any cause or causes of action acquired or existing, under any act or ordinance hereby repealed by this division; nor shall any just or legal right or remedy of any character be lost, impaired or affected by this division.
   B.   If any provision of this division or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this division which can be given effect without the invalid application or provision and, to this end the provisions of this division are declared to be severable.
   C.   All ordinances or parts of other ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this division shall to the extent of the conflict be, and are hereby repealed. (Ord., 4-21-1992)
