4-6-2: SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT FUND:
   A.   There is hereby created within the county a "solid waste management fund" constituted from fees collected pursuant to this division. Interest received on the monies in the fund shall be credited to the fund.
   B.   Monies in the fund may be accumulated over a period of years to be expended by the county for solid waste management purposes, including long term monitoring and maintenance of landfills, planning, implementation, inspection enforcement and other activities consistent with the solid waste management act 1 and the local solid waste disposal act 2 .
   C.   In April of each year, the county shall prepare and distribute to the agency a report that details spending plans for monies from the solid waste management fund. The report will include the following:
      1.   The total monies collected pursuant to this division.
      2.   The most current balance of monies in the fund.
      3.   An itemized current balance of all monies expended from the fund for the previous year.
      4.   An estimation of monies to be collected for the following three (3) years pursuant to this division.
      5.   A narrative detailing the general direction and scope of future expenditures from the fund for one, two (2) and three (3) years. (Ord., 4-21-1992)
