4-5-1: TITLE:
This division shall be known and cited as the OGLE COUNTY CABLE TELEVISION ORDINANCE and is passed pursuant to the authority granted in chapter 34, paragraphs 420.24 and 440 of the Illinois Revised Statutes. (Ord., 2-21-1989)
