The Clerk shall keep an official copy of the charter on file with the official records of the Clerk and the Secretary of State, and shall keep copies of the charter available at the Clerk’s office for public inspection.

EDITOR'S NOTE
Ordinance No. 130 adopting a charter for the City was passed and approved by the Council on June 3, 1975, and published in The Ogden Reporter. The term of office of Council Members was changed to four years pursuant to an election held November 8, 1977.
