8-5-10: AUTHORIZATION TO WAIVE FEES:
The Airport Manager is authorized to waive landing and/or aircraft parking fees in the event of any emergency or in conjunction with any civic event or activity.
Subject to limitations of FAA grant assurances, temporary incentive lease rates or fee waivers may be granted if reasonably necessary to attract key airport services, promote utilization of airport facilities for the highest and best return, and make the airport as self-sufficient as possible.
