A.   New construction hangar leases will provide a date by which construction of a new hangar must be commenced and a date by which the new hangar must be completed. Failure to meet these lease deadline dates will result in the termination of the hangar lease.
   B.   No new hangar lease will be issued to any existing hangar lessee that is not in substantial compliance with any and all current hangar leases, including lease payments.
   C.   Impact fees, if any, must be paid at the time the hangar lease is executed.
   D.   If a new construction hangar lease is involuntarily terminated, the vacant hangar site will be offered to the next applicant with highest priority on the master hangar waiting list. (Eff. 8-13-2008)
