It is the policy of Ogden City Corporation that applicants for available new construction hangar leases at the Ogden-Hinckley Airport will be granted priority based on the date of their application to the master hangar waiting list, and that applicants shall pay an annual nonrefundable fee to hold their priority position. Applicants that fail to enter into a lease when it becomes available, or fail to timely construct a hangar as required by a hangar lease agreement, will be moved to the then lowest priority on the master hangar waiting list.
