It is the policy of Ogden City Corporation that skydivers jumping onto Ogden-Hinckley Airport be required to sign a waiver, indemnity and release of liability before jumping onto the airport. Furthermore, commercial skydiving operators shall not assist skydivers to jump onto the airport unless the executed waiver, indemnity and release of liability is delivered to airport management as required by this policy.
