Pursuant to the authority set forth in section 6-1-1 of the Ogden Municipal Code, the purpose of this policy is to establish rules and regulations necessary for the use, control, management and protection of the public grounds within all City parks, trails and river parkways. These rules do not address individual uses at particular parks, such as pavilions or shelters, designated bicycle use areas, the Municipal Gardens, off-leash dog park, skateboard park, ballfields, and tennis and pickleball courts for which separate rules may apply.
