Section 3-2-1 of the Ogden municipal code outlines the general rules for boards, commissions and committees, and stipulates such committees are subject to the provisions of the Utah open and public meetings act, which permits meetings to be held electronically in accordance with specified notice provisions.
It shall be the policy of Ogden City Corporation that boards, commissions and committees may conduct their meetings electronically, in accordance with the Utah open and public meetings act and this administrative policy. (Eff. 12-9-2015)
