§ 38.02 GENERAL ELECTION FOR MUNICIPAL OFFICERS.
   A general election for municipal officers authorized by law or ordinance to be elected shall be held in the city on the third Tuesday of April in the odd-numbered years, at such places in the city, as may be designated by law.
