§ 33.04  ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS.
   The Planning Commission shall elect such officers as it may deem necessary, and adopt rules and regulations of organization and procedure consistent with the city code and state law. The Commission shall keep written records of its proceedings. Minutes shall be approved at the next meeting. Upon approval the original minutes shall be filed with the City Clerk to be retained in the permanent records of the city.
