§ 31.051 OTHER DUTIES.
   In addition to the foregoing duties, the Clerk shall perform all such other duties pertaining to his or her office as are or may be imposed upon the Clerk by law or resolution or ordinance of the City Council. The Clerk shall supervise all employees of the Clerk’s office as may be designated by the Council.
