§ 30.09 ELECTRONIC ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS.
   (A)   Electronic attendance at meetings rules. The city adopts the Electronic Attendance at Meetings Rules, attached to Ordinance No. 4192, that permits a member of the public body to attend any meeting of a public body as defined in the Open Meetings Act via electronic means.
   (B)   Chairing meeting. To chair a meeting a member of the public body must be present at the meeting. A chairperson that is attended remotely may vote on the substitute chairperson.
   (C)   Abuse. A member of the public body may remotely attend a meeting when sick, or out of town due to business or Acts of God. Otherwise, remote attendance could count as an absence. Members of the public body may not remotely attend more than 20% of Council meetings.
