§ 96.04 FALSE ALARMS AT SHORT TERM FACILITIES.
   (A)   Any person convicted of generating a false alarm at a short term stay facility through either accidental of deliberate activation of a fire alarm system by smoking is guilty of a petty offense and shall be subject to a mandatory fine not to exceed $750.
   (B)   If the provisions of this section conflicts or contravenes with other codified ordinances, the provisions bearing the latest passage date shall prevail.
