The crime-free rental housing coordinator, as designated by the Director of Public Safety, shall provide the city with a list of owners who have attended the city crime-free rental housing program seminar, with the date of attendance and verification that the owner has complied with this chapter and is eligible to obtain, maintain or renew the residential rental license.
