§ 101.06 ABANDONED PROPERTY.
   Any personal property inventoried and stored by the City Police Department for a person transported to a shelter under the provisions of § 101.04, which has not been reclaimed within 60 days of the date it was inventoried and stored, shall be deemed abandoned and disposed of in a manner as deemed appropriate by the city.
