(A) The tow firm will be responsible for protection of the vehicle and its contents until it is claimed by the owner or disposed of by the Police Department.
(B) Storage yards shall be fenced and secured against theft and damage, and available for inspection. The fenced area will have a minimum of 1,000 square feet for storage.
(C) The storage facility within the city shall meet all zoning requirements and shall be maintained in accordance with all applicable city ordinances.
(D) The tow firm shall agree to waive storage fees, upon request by the Police Department, until such time as the firm has been notified that the vehicle is eligible for release for vehicles:
(1) Seized, held or impounded by the Police Department.
(2) Being held as evidence in pending court cases.
(3) Held under court order.
