Any raffle permit issued under this subchapter shall be revoked or suspended if the permit holder violates any terms of the license or any other provisions of this subchapter. In addition any violation of this subchapter shall be subject to a fine up to $750. Each day that a violation hereof exists shall be considered a separate offense. Each member of the sponsoring organization shall be jointly and severally liable with the organization and with each other for any violation.
