(A) No building or structure shall be erected, constructed, reconstructed, moved or altered, nor shall any building, structure or land be used for any purpose, except in accordance with the provision of this chapter and other relevant provisions of the city’s code of ordinances.
(B) The density and yard requirements of this chapter are the minimum regulation for each and every building or structure constructed after the effective date of this chapter and for any building or structure hereafter constructed or structurally altered.
