§ 156.09 APPEAL AND JUDICIAL REVIEW.
   Any person whose application for a license is denied or whose license is suspended or revoked shall have the right to appeal the decision to the Hearing Officer and judicial review in the same manner as an appeal pursuant to §§ 158.295 through 158.301 of this code. Any person who fails to file such an appeal within the time frames and requirements set forth therein shall to the full extent permitted by law be barred from obtaining judicial review of such administrative decision for failure to exhaust applicable remedies.
