§ 155.070 GENERAL STANDARDS.

   All subdivisions and developments shall submit a tree planting plan, unless excepted by the City Council, that:

   (A)   Supports functional purposes on the site such as creation of privacy, drainage, visual screening, spatial definition and the like;

   (B)   Enhances the appearance of the development and neighborhood;

   (C)   Enhances the driving environment;

   (D)   Enhances the pedestrian environment;

   (E)   Identifies all landscape areas;

   (F)   Identifies landscaping elements within landscaped areas; and

   (G)   Meets or exceeds the standards of this program.
