(A) Permanent monuments of stone or reinforced concrete with a one-quarter inch iron rod cast in the center and of suitable size set in such a manner that they will not be moved by frost shall be placed in the field as required by the statutes of the state as revised and are in effect at such time.
(B) All lot corners shall be marked by one-half inch iron pins not less than 24 inches in length and driven into the ground and shall not protrude above the ground surface more than one and one-half inch. The lot corners shall be installed and certified by a professional land surveyor prior to the release of the letter of credit.
