(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Conviction for violation of any provisions of § 134.04 of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor punishable by incarceration in a penal institution other than the penitentiary not to exceed six months and a fine not to exceed $750 for each offense. Unless otherwise required by law, each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate offense.
