§ 133.03 TAMPERING WITH PUBLIC NOTICE.
   No person shall knowingly and without lawful authority alter, destroy, deface, remove, or conceal any public notice posted according to law, during the time for which the notice was to remain posted. A violation of this section is a petty offense.
