Hunting shall be prohibited on all city property with the exception of the city’s wastewater treatment plant where hunting of nuisance waterfowl shall be allowed in season as set by the State Department of Natural Resources. The Mayor will appoint someone to administer the program who shall ensure compliance with state rules and regulations for taking of game.
