§ 131.07 SCHOOL GROUND TRESPASSING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person, firm or corporation to enter upon the premises of any elementary, intermediate or secondary school, whether public, private or parochial.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this section shall be found guilty of a petty offense and be penalized as provided in § 130.99.
