§ 131.06 RECYCLING BIN SCAVENGING.
   (A)   Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      RECYCLABLE MATERIAL. Aluminum, tin, steel, plastic, glass and paper products.
   (B)   Scavenging. It shall be unlawful for any person to remove any recyclable material from recyclable bins or containers in the city, except by someone authorized by the owner of the bins or containers.
