For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SPECIAL EVENT. Any outdoor or seasonal event such as a tent sale, warehouse sale, sidewalk sale, craft fair, carnival, picnic, contest, game, sporting event, rodeo, 5K run, produce stand, Christmas tree sales lot, tropical snow stand or similar promotion event. A SPECIAL EVENT may not exceed six months in duration per calendar year.
